Modern Bags takes Shipping very seriously. We use only the best courier companies to deliver our products so you can rest assured once you place your order knowing it will turn up on time and in good condition. Shipping times are stated below. As long as you place your order before 12pm then you can expect it within the timeframe stated below depending on where you are.

How long will delivery take?
Dependent on your location, delivery should take no longer than 1-8 Business days. Please see below for more accurate shipping times. * Below is for all orders received before 12pm.

We endeavor to abide by these shipping times, however if for some reason out of our control, your order takes a little longer, we will do our best to advise you of this.

What are charges for each city in Australia?
Modern Bags offer free shipping within Australia for all orders over $80. For all orders under $80 there is a $10 delivery fee no matter where you live in Australia.
Unfortunately we do not sell to customers outside of Australia & we do not ship to them either. If you are in New Zealand please check out www.modernbags.co.nz.
How do I track my shipping?
You can contact us via phone or email for your tracking number or we can track your order for you.
Change Shipping Address?
Once your order has been processed then unfortunately you cannot change your shipping address. It will be your responsibility to collect your item or pay re-delivery charges. Please make sure to take the time when entering your delivery details on the order screen.
Do I need to be at home to accept my order?
No, most of our deliveries will require a signature unless you state that our couriers can leave your parcel hidden at your front door or at another safe location on your property. You may choose to get your parcel delivered to work, which might be easier/safer.
Can I pick up my case?
Sure, you can collect your case from our Store on Chapel Street, South Yarra, Melbourne.
