At Modern Bags you have 30 days to return your product(s) to us if you wish.
As long as your purchase(s) has not been used and is in original condition with all tags then you have 30 days to return your product to us. It is your responsibility to get the product back to us which means you have to pay for postage if you cannot make it into our store to drop it off.
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact our Customer Service team, so they can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please note that we’ll need a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process for you.

If there are any issues regarding the quality of your case and your product falls within the warranty, Lojel will either repair or replace your product as determined by an Lojel Authorized Repair Agent.
Lojel warranties do not cover damage that has resulted from misuse or the actions of others, damage from general use, accidental damage, or damage from airline or travel operators. If you choose to have your case altered or repaired by anyone other than an Lojel Authorized Repair Agent, this will void the warranty.
If your luggage is looking a little worse for wear, here are some tips for cleaning your suitcase so it looks as good as new!
STEP 1: Empty the case in its entirety, including all pockets and luggage tags.
STEP 2: Dust the exterior of the case with either a broom or brush to loosen all dust and then vacuum the dust particles.
STEP 3: Use a damp cloth with warm water and mild soap and test a small area of your case by rubbing it gently in an area that isn’t noticeable. If you are happy with the results, clean the remainder of the interior and exterior of your case and change cloths if need be.
STEP 4: Take a fresh cloth and remove as much soap residue from your case as possible.
STEP 5: Let your case completely air dry for a few days or until completely dry.
STEP 6: Once your case is completely dry and there is still a noticeable odor, you can use an odor-remover spray of your choice.
STEP 7: If possible, store your case in a dry area of your home that isn’t prone to a significant amount of dust so your case can remain fresh for your next trip.
– When cleaning your soft side case, try and avoid abrasive cleaning products.
– Try and avoid cleaning products containing stronger chemicals such as bleach or acetone.
– Store your case with a bar of soap or car air-freshener to keep your case smelling fresh and clean.
