At Modern Bags you have 30 days to return your product(s) to us if you wish.

As long as your purchase(s) has not been used and is in original condition with all tags then you have 30 days to return your product to us. It is your responsibility to get the product back to us which means you have to pay for postage if you cannot make it into our store to drop it off.
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact our Customer Service team, so they can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please note that we’ll need a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process for you.

High Sierra guarantees all its products against any manufacturing defects, covering materials and workmanship, for the length of time stated in the warranty. This warranty does not cover damage that has resulted from misuse, incidental and consequential damage, and damage from others including airline and travel carriers.

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase as this will authenticate this product warranty.

High Sierra products are rigorously tested to ensure that the travel products you trust meet stringent standards, therefore if there are any issues regarding a product, High Sierra will remedy the situation immediately.

If your backpack is looking a little worn, here are some tips for cleaning your backpack so it looks as good as new!

STEP 1: Empty the backpack in its entirety, including all pockets and luggage tags.
STEP 2: Dust the exterior of the backpack with a brush to loosen all dust and then vacuum the dust particles.
STEP 3: Use a damp cloth with warm water and mild soap and test a small area of your bag by rubbing it gently in an area that isn’t noticeable. If you are happy with the results, clean the remainder of the interior and exterior of your bag and change cloths if need be.
STEP 4: Take a fresh cloth and remove as much soap residue from your backpack as possible.
STEP 5: Let your backpack completely air dry for a few days or until completely dry.
STEP 6: Once your backpack is completely dry and there is still a noticeable odor, you can use an odor-remover spray of your choice.

TIPS:
– When cleaning your backpack, try and avoid abrasive cleaning products.
– Try and avoid cleaning products containing stronger chemicals such as bleach or acetone.
– When storing your backpack, you can use a bar of soap or car air-freshener to keep your backpack smelling fresh and clean until its next use.
