At Modern Bags you have 100 days to return your product(s) to us if you wish.
As long as your purchase(s) has not been used and is in original condition with all tags then you have 100 days to return your product to us. It is your responsibility to get the product back to us which means you have to pay for postage if you cannot make it into our store / warehouse to drop it off.
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact our Customer Service team, so they can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please note that we’ll need a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process for you.
This Antler Juno 56cm Suitcase has a 10 Year International Warranty.
Antler strives to achieve excellence in every aspect of their products; therefore if there are any issues regarding an Antler product, this is taken very seriously. If there are any manufacturing defects in either the materials or workmanship, your product will either be repaired or replaced depending on the discretion of Antler or an Antler distributer.
Antler warranties do not cover damage from general use, accidents, airlines, or travel operators.
If your luggage is looking a little worse for wear, here are some tips for cleaning your suitcase so it looks as good as new!
STEP 1: Empty the case in its entirety, including all pockets and luggage tags.
STEP 2: Dust the exterior of the case with a micro-fiber cloth.
STEP 3: Test a small area of your case using a damp cloth with warm water and mild cleaner by rubbing it gently in an area that isn’t noticeable. As this case is features an exterior matte finish, you can use a slightly abrasive cleaning product such as Jif or Gumption to scrub stubborn marks. If you are happy with the results, clean the remainder of the exterior of your case and change cloths if need be. If desired, use warm water and a mild soap to clean the inside of your case.
STEP 4: Take a fresh cloth and remove as much soap residue from your case as possible.
STEP 5: Let your case completely air dry for a few days or until completely dry.
STEP 6: If your case still has a noticeable odor once it has completely dried, you can use an odor-remover spray of your choice.
STEP 7: If possible, store your case in a dry area of your home that isn’t prone to a significant amount of dust so your case can remain fresh for your next trip.
TIPS:
– Try and avoid cleaning products containing stronger chemicals such as bleach or acetone.
– Store your case with a bar of soap or car air-freshener to keep your case smelling fresh and clean.
– Store your case with a cover to keep your case dust free until your next trip.
